New Website
This week 20/20 Communications launched its new Wireless Washtenaw website.  Please take time to view all the new information and links.

Services and Billing
As we get ready for our first billing cycle, we are working on offering a few more service options.  The new options are:

  • $8        Daily Visitor Pass with speeds up to 500kbps
  • $15     Weekly Visitor Pass with speeds up to 500kbps
  • $49     Monthly Business Class Pro with speeds up to 1.2mbps

These are in addition to the free 84kbps and $35/month 500kbps Residential Value services.

Unlike other Internet Service Providers, none of these offerings require a contract.  All monthly charges are recurring and begin prorated from the day the account is issued.  Customers can cancel their monthly service at any time without penalty.  Service and charges would be discontinued at the end of the month.  To avert potential abuse, customers will be required to accept a Terms and Conditions of Acceptable Use agreement before an account will be issued.

Mobile Customers
Mobile customers will be able to select and self sign-up for the above services from the Wireless Washtenaw login page they receive when connecting to the Wireless Washtenaw SSID.

Fixed Base Customers
Fixed base customers (Homes and Businesses) will require a CPE installation. After filling out an online form, a 20/20 Communications representative will contact them to schedule the installation.

For a full list of availability, services and prices, check out the Pricing and Availability page of our new Wireless Washtenaw website.  The availability maps will be updated as more transmission points are activated.

20/20 Communications was selected by Washtenaw County to provide county wide Wireless Internet access.

There are four (4) phases to Wireless Washtenaw:

  • Pilot
  • Pre-deployment
  • Deployment
  • Customer acquisition and retention.

The phases will begin to overlap as portions of them are completed throughout the county.

If you have questions or would like to register for the service when it’s in your area, visit our Wireless Washtenaw website
