<description>20/20 Communications began activating pilot participants in the Manchester and Saline areas on Friday, December 8th. The average installation time in the rural areas is between 1 to 1.5 hours. Shorter installation periods are anticipated as the 20/20 staff becomes more familiar with the installation of the new BelAir equipment.</description>
